Directions : Tostada De Pollo Recipe

STEP 1.In a large pot add chicken

STEP 2.Add water,½ onion,1 garlic clove, 1tbsp salt

STEP 3.Cook for 15mins

STEP 4.Remove chicken from the pot and cool it down

STEP 5.Discard the onion and garlic

STEP 6.Store the broth of the chicken

STEP 7.Shred the chicken

STEP 8.Add tostada and about 2 tbsp of chicken

STEP 9.Add the toppings

STEP 10.Serve with toppings
