• 225 gram Raw beetroot, peeled and finely grated
• 1 teaspoon Freshly ground toasted cumin seeds
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 225 gram Ripe fresh tomatoes, skinned and roughly chopped
• 250 milliliter Tomato juice
• 1 tablespoon Sun dried tomatoes, very finely chopped
• 600 milliliter Vegetable Stock
• 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Toasted cumin seeds, to serve
