A traditional chhattisgarhi sweet made of rice flour.Gujiya recipe that is a classic North Indian sweet of crisp, flaky pastry filled with khoya (milk solids) and nuts stuffing.
STEP 1.Add water to knead rice flour. Mix sesame seeds and jaggery.
STEP 2.Make small balls of dough and make it flat with the help of hands.
STEP 3.Fill the jaggery and sesame seeds mixture between gujhiya. Seal the ends of guijhya with the help of it.
STEP 4.Put gujhiya in a steamer for 10 minutes. Flip the gujhiyas . Let it cool a little. Gujhiya are ready to serve.
