Ingredients for Til Gujhiya Recipe

  • 1 Rice flour bowl
  • 2-3 tablespoon Sesame seeds roasted
  • 50 gram Jaggery

Directions: Til Gujhiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add water to knead rice flour. Mix sesame seeds and jaggery.
  • STEP 2.Make small balls of dough and make it flat with the help of hands.
  • STEP 3.Fill the jaggery and sesame seeds mixture between gujhiya. Seal the ends of guijhya with the help of it.
  • STEP 4.Put gujhiya in a steamer for 10 minutes. Flip the gujhiyas . Let it cool a little. Gujhiya are ready to serve.
