Tirupati Vada is a special Sacrament prepared in Tirupati for Balaji Swami. Milagu Vada is a thin and crispy vada popular in most of the Anjaneyar and Perumal temples. Unlike Medhu vada or masal vada, this vada is very thin and very crispy.
STEP 2.In a mixer grinder add soaked urad dal, 2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 tsp of black pepper and grind to make a paste.
STEP 3.In a mixing bowl take the prepared paste and add salt to it.
STEP 4.Mix the paste well and give tikki like shapes.
STEP 5.In a pan add oil to fry the tikki’s and let oil to heat.
STEP 6.Once the oil is hot add the tikki’s one by one and fry until golden brown in colour .
STEP 7.Serve and enjoy your tirupati vada
