• 1 Brown onion, thinly sliced
• 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
• 400 milliliter Can coconut cream
• 2 tablespoon Thai Red Curry Paste
• 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon Lime juice
• 1 tablespoon Grated palm sugar
• 600 gram Cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
• 1 bunch Snake beans, cut into 5cm lengths
• 0.5 cup Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
