  • 1/2 Clove of garlic peeled and minced
  • 1/2 piece Small ginger peeled and finely chopped

  • 25 gram Coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce usually gluten free, but check this if you are gluten intolerant
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 10 Sprays of one cal per spray cooking oil
  • bunch Regular bunch of coriander
  • 1/2 Juice lime
  • 1/4 F of a small red chilli
  • pinch Good pinch of salt and pepper
