• 1 cup Cabbage, grated
• 1 Carrot, grated
• 1 Capsicum chopped
• As required Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon chilly powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Soy Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Vinegar
• 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
• For marination
• 0.5 cup hung curd
• 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
• 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
• As required Salt
• pinch red colour optional
