  • 0.13 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are tender. Peel and cut them into halves.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 3.Add the boiled potato halves to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • STEP 5.Bake the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Tandoori Aloo hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.

Cooking Tips

  • You can also grill the marinated potatoes on a barbecue for a smoky flavor.
