A delicious healthy recipe prepared from sweet potatoes, toamtoes, onions and seasoning ingredients. Addition of lime juice and fresh coriander leaves makes it taste more flavourful.
STEP 1.Take 2 sweet potatoes, peel them finely and then remove the top and bottom portions and cut into dices
STEP 2.Heat a pan with some oil, add a spoon of asafoetida, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and fry for half a minute. Then add onions cook until transparent, add green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Now add sweet potatoes. And cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 3.Add coriander powder, salt to taste and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
STEP 4.Then add tomatoes and a cup of water. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Cook on low flame. The sabji is ready. Add a spoon of mango powder and garam masala. Mix well and serve.
