A mixed vegetable dish of broccoli and pan fried sweet potatoes. The main ingredients that are used in this dish are broccoli,kalonji seeds and potato.

In a preheated pan, add1 tbsp oil, 2 cups broccoli cut into florets, ½ tsp cumin powder and salt to taste.
Cover and steam cook for 3 to 4 minutes till done.
Put another pan on the heat and add 1tbsp oil, ½ tsp kalonji seeds and 1 sweet potato, peeled and cut lengthwise. Add 1tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Sprinkle a little water over the potatoes, cover and cook till done.
Add the cooked broccoli to the cooked potatoes in the pan. Stir well till combined. Turn off the heat.
