My family's favourite sabji specially my daughter...
Highly demanded twice in a week.. easy to make n tasty too.. I think is easy to give sabji for kids to eat...
STEP 1.In basen add all spices n garlic chutney...
STEP 2.Make Little cut potato n onion n brinjal.. stuffing in it prepared masala...
STEP 3.Heat oil in a cooker...
STEP 4.Added cumin seeds n garlic chutney in it..
STEP 5.Added stuffed sabji, tomato n garlic...
STEP 6.Mixed nicely..
STEP 7.Added salt n regular spices in it...
STEP 8.Added water n adjust consistency... Cover the lid n make 3 whistle...
STEP 9.Sprinkle some coriander leaves n serve it with paratha, khichdi,rotala n roti...
STEP 10.Enjoy..
