  • 0-0.33 nos Clove
  • 0.17 nos Cardamom
  • 0.17 nos Cinnamon Stick

  • STEP 1.Firstly wash n soaked chickpea for 5-6 hours..
  • STEP 2.Boiled it with potato n all khada masala..
  • STEP 3.Make pury from tomato n onion..
  • STEP 4.Heat oil n added both paste n cook it..
  • STEP 5.Added pury n all spices n salt to taste..
  • STEP 6.Cover n cook for few minutes..
  • STEP 7.While oil release added boiled chickpea with water n mixed nicely..
  • STEP 8.Cooked for few minutes...
  • STEP 9.Added Kasuri methi n ready to serve with salad n hot Puri...
