  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then make a lengthwise slit on one side of each okra without cutting it into two pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together coconut, peanuts, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the spice mixture into the slit of each okra, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add stuffed okra and cook on medium heat until they turn crispy and golden brown.
