Ingredients for Vegetable pulao Recipe

  • 1/4 cup basmati rice
  • 1/4 nos poty
  • 1/4 nos Tomato
  • 0.13 cup Peas
  • 1/4 nos finely chopped capsicum
  • 0.13 cup Finally chopped onion
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 nos tasp pulao masala
  • 1/4 nos tasp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 nos tasp turmeric powder
  • 0.13 nos tasp coriander powder
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 nos tasp ghee or oil
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Vegetable Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Washed n soaked boiled rice with added potato peas n carrot finely chopped for 80%.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan n added onion n capsicum...
  • STEP 3.Added all above spices n mix well..
  • STEP 4.Added boiled rice n tomato in it..
  • STEP 5.Mixed nicely..
  • STEP 6.Sprinkle some coriander leaves n serve hot with raita or curd..
