Ingredients for Stuffed Sabji Recipe

  • 1 nos Baby potato
  • 1/4 nos Tomato
  • 3/4 nos Onions
  • 1 nos Garlic
  • 2 nos Small size brinjal
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 nos tasp garlic chutney
  • 1/2 nos tspn besan
  • 1/2 nos tspn red chilli powder
  • 1/4 nos tasp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 nos tasp coriander powder
  • 1/4 nos tasp garam masala
  • 0.13 nos tabs lemon juice
  • 0.13 nos tabs jaggery
  • As required Coriander leaves as needed
  • 1 nos Oil tasn
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin seeds

  • STEP 6.Mixed nicely..
  • STEP 7.Added salt n regular spices in it...
  • STEP 8.Added water n adjust consistency... Cover the lid n make 3 whistle...
  • STEP 9.Sprinkle some coriander leaves n serve it with paratha, khichdi,rotala n roti...
