STEP 1.In a bowl, soak 1 cup of rice and fenugreek seeds for at least 5 hours
STEP 2.Blend the soaked rice to prepare a batter.
STEP 3.Take the batter in a bowl and add curd.
STEP 4.Combine the batter and curd well.
STEP 5.Cover and ferment in a warm place for 8- 12 hours.
STEP 6.Take the prepared batter and add salt, mix gently.
STEP 7.Add water if required to adjust the consistency.
STEP 8.Take a pan at medium flame and grease with oil.
STEP 9.Pour a ladleful of batter on the pan and spread.
STEP 10.Cover the dosa with a lid for a minute and cook the dosa on steam.
STEP 11.Flip the dosa and serve on a plate with a chutney.
