How to Make Sponge Mini Dosa Recipe
STEP 01
Wash and drain poha to remove any impurities . Transfer the washed poha to a mixing bowl . Add in rava. Add in curd / butter milk and water. Mix well
STEP 02
Soak these ingredients for 30 mins . if you soak 1 hour also nothing will happen .
STEP 03
After 30 mins, rava and poha would have soaked nicely. Add little salt and grind smooth. If required add some water to grind.
STEP 04
Transfer the ground batter to a vessel .
STEP 05
Add Eno or cooking soda. Give a quick mix. Adjust dosa batter consistency by adding required water.
STEP 06
Heat a cast iron pan or non-stick pan. Pour a laddle full of batter and slightly spread it. No need to make thin ,make like pancake. Drizzle few drops of oil .Flip n cook both sides .
STEP 07
Enjoy soft spongy Instant set dosa with ur choice of Chutney or Sambar or kurma .
