It is also very beneficial to health.
STEP 1.*First boil the tomatoes. *Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.After that put all the whole spices in the oil.
STEP 2.*Add chopped onion.Fry the onions till golden.
After that add garlic ginger paste and stir it.
STEP 3.* After that put all the spice powders in it and stir it. *After adding all the spices, now sprinkle some water and cook it for 5 minute.
STEP 4.*After that put tomato puree in it and leave it to boil for some time.
STEP 5.*Add three glasses of boiled water to it and leave it to boil for some time.
STEP 6.* Then add dried fenugreek leaves on top.
STEP 7.* Now add ghee to it.
STEP 8.*Now turn off the gas.
STEP 9.*Now put coriander leaves on top and serve hot.
