  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, wheat flour, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and shape them into balls.
  • STEP 4.Roll out each ball into a round roti of medium thickness.
  • STEP 5.Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook each roti on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
