STEP 1.Soak the sabudana pearls in water for an hour.
STEP 2.In a large pot, boil some water.
STEP 3.Add the soaked sabudana pearls to this water and cook for 15 minutes. Keep stirring, so that they cook uniformly.
STEP 4.After cooking it for a while, take it off the heat. The pearls should look translucent.
STEP 5.Rinse the pearls with cold water to remove the starch.
STEP 6.Blend the cubed mangoes, milk and coconut milk to a thick, smooth consistency.
STEP 7.Pour this mixture in two serving bowls or glass and add 2 tbsp boiled sabudana pearls to each glasses.
STEP 8.Garnish with diced mango .
STEP 9.Chill for at least two hours before serving!
