Ingredients for Mango Shrikhand Coins Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Curd
  • 1.33 tbsp Mango pulp
  • 0.33 tsp Safforon
  • 0.33 tsp Cordomom Powder – ½tsp
  • 1.33 tbsp Sugar powder
  • 2 pieces Mango
  • 2 Pieces bread slices (circle cut)
  • 0.67 tbsp Dry fruits
  • A Few Cherries

Directions: Mango Shrikhand Coins Recipe

  • STEP 1.process-
  • STEP 2.Spread the muslin cloth on the sieve.
  • STEP 3.Pour curd on it and tie a knot by folding the cloth.
  • STEP 4.Keep this bundle on a sieve and keep it in the fridge overnight so that the water from the curd drains well.
  • STEP 5.Open the bundle and take out the chakka made of curd in a bowl.
  • STEP 6.Add mango pulp, cardamom powder, saffron and sugar powder in this wheel.
  • STEP 7.Whisk all the ingredients well, you can also use a whisk if you want.
  • STEP 8.- Mango Shrikhand or Mango Shrikhand is ready.
  • STEP 9.Put mango pieces on it and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • STEP 10.Spread butter in a pan and roast the bread and let it cool.
  • STEP 11.Then apply Mango Shrikhand on the bread slice and cover it with another bread slice.
  • STEP 12.Garnish with desired dry fruits and serve cold mango shrikhand with some mango pieces and cherries.
