STEP 1.We begin making the the Sabudana Tikki by soaking the sabudana with water above for 6 hours. Then drain them well.
STEP 2.Boil the potato in water till its well cooked. Mash the potato and add sabudana and the other remaining ingredients and mix it till it binds together.
STEP 3.Divide the mixture into medium sized tikkies and keep it aside.
STEP 4.Heat oil in a non stick pan and place the tikkis and cook it on both the side till it is cooked nd golden brown.
STEP 5.Serve with chutney
