STEP 1.Take a pan and roast coconut for 5 minutes. Now add powered sugar ,milk and milk powder. Mix it well. Stir it well. After it becomes thick, add ghee and rose petals to it. Keep it for 10 minutes to get settled and make shapes accordingly. Serve it in a serving plate.
