STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder and 1 tsp grated raw mango and 1 tbsp Mustard Oil for minimum 3 hours.
STEP 2.In a pan add oil, add chopped onion and saute, then add ginger garlic paste and remaining grated raw mango and saute for few more seconds.
STEP 3.Then add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes, then add cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and sugar and mix properly.
STEP 4.Add half cup water and cover and let the chicken cooked completely, lastly add garam masala powder.
