Ingredients for Paneer pulao Recipe

  • 50 gms Paneer
  • 0.33 cup Basmati rice
  • 0.33 inch Cinnamon
  • 0.67 pieces 2-3 pieces
  • 0.08 cup green peas
  • 0.67 pieces Cloves
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as required Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.67 cups Warm water

Directions: Paneer Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Add oil in pan, fry the paneer cubes and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Add ghee in the same pan, then add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and let them crackle.
  • STEP 3.3. Then add peas and paneer and saute, add salt, turmeric powder and rice, mix everything well.
  • STEP 4.4. Add water and cover the lid and simmer and let the rice cooked completely and water gets absorbed. Rest it for few minutes and serve.
