Ingredients for Chicken cheese shami kebab Recipe

  • 100 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1/4 pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp kebab masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 3/4 Tbsp Grated cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 gram Roasted bengal gram
  • 1/4 pieces Egg
  • 0.13 cup Noodles

Directions: Chicken Cheese Shami Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take boneless chicken wash properly and boil till 2 whistles in pressure cooker
  • STEP 2.Then grind the boiled chicken into a fine paste.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl add chicken paste, salt, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, kebab masala, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, grated cheese, roasted bengal gram and chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Mix them properly and shape them into kebab.
  • STEP 5.Dry roast the noodles in a pan for 1-2 minutes and then crush them.
  • STEP 6.Then coat the kebabs with roasted crushed noodles, After that brush the kebabs with egg white.
  • STEP 7.Take oil in pan, shallow fry the kebabs
  • STEP 8.Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice.
