STEP 1.Take half of the mango pulp to a grinder. Add besan and 1 cup water and mix it.
Transfer to a nonstick pan, keep on low flame.
Add sugar, keep stirring continuously to avoid the lumps. It takes 10-12 minutes to get it cooked.
Once it is thickens up, spread on flat surface.
Let it cool down. Mark the cuts and roll it.
In a bowl, add remaining mango pulp, condensed milk and milk. Combine well.
In a serving plate place the khandvi. Pour the mango milk over it Sprinkle some dedicated coconut and chopped pistachio.. top it with sliced cherry and serve.
