A simple Gujarati khandvi with tempering but it's way of making is quite tricky.

- 2 tablespoon Mustard oil
- 6 No.s Curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
- As required Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 50 gram Gram flour
- 1 cup Curd

How to Make Khandvi Recipe
STEP 01
1. Take a bowl and add a cup of curd and two cups of water and whisk the curd properly. make sure its flowy in consistently.
STEP 02
Now add part by part gram flour, and keep stirring. Whisk nicely. Make sure there are no lumps.
STEP 03
2. Now add salt to taste, turmeric powder, green chillies, add water as required, the paste is ready.
STEP 04
1. Take a pan and add the mixture in the pan, and keep stirring to cook. Cook till it becomes thick in consistency.
STEP 05
2. Take a plate and spread the mixture on the plate and let it set and then cut into pieces as desired.

3. Roll the khandvi

S into a roll and keep aside. Make as many as you want.

For tempering -

Take some oil in a pan, let it heat and then add mustard seeds , sesame seeds and curry leaves. Take off the flame and mix well now pour this temper on the khandvi
