Directions : Rasabali Recipe

STEP 1.Add 2ltr milk in a vessel

STEP 2.Add vinegar to make cottage cheese

STEP 3.Drain the water . Take out the cottage cheese in a plate

STEP 4.Add sugar, maida, suji and cardamom powder

STEP 5.Knead well into a fine paste

STEP 6.Make into small round flat rasabali and brush oil on it

STEP 7.Heat oil for frying in a pan or vessel

STEP 8.Deep fry the rasabalis and set aside

STEP 9.Heat milk to make it thick and add sugar in it

STEP 10.Add the rasabalis in the milk

STEP 11.Garnish with chopped pista

STEP 12.Serve as a dessert
