0.5 kilogram Mutton with bones
0.25 cup Oil
3 tablespoon Ghee
5 Red chillies
7 Red chillies for grinding paste
1 cup Yogurt
2 Big cardamom
4 Green cardamom
10 Black whole pepper
1 tablespoon garlic paste
3 onions medium thinly sliced
2 teaspoon salt or as required
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 cup Water
cilantros chopped fistful for garnishing

0.5 cup Moong dal
