• 0.5 kilogram Mutton with bones

• 4 Green cardamom
• 10 Black whole pepper
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste
• 3 onions medium thinly sliced

• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon coriander powder
• 1 cup Water
• cilantros chopped fistful for garnishing
• For Rajasthani dal
• 0.5 cup Toor dal
• 0.5 cup Moong dal
• 4 As required water cups or more
• salt as needed
• 0.5 teaspoon hing
• 0.5 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon Chopped ginger
• 3 Green chillies or more
