A very easy quick delicious dish prepared from rabodi.Rabodi or Rabori is a homemade traditional marwari sabji from the Rajasthani cuisine. Rabodi ki Sabzi is simply soaking this dried rabodi's in boiling water until tender and then cooked in buttermilk, topped with some spices.

Directions : Rabodi Ki Sabzi Recipe

STEP 1.Cut green chillies and garlic cloves

STEP 2.Slice onions

STEP 3.Soak rabodi in water for 5 mins

STEP 4.1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

STEP 5.2.add cumin seeds and let it crackle

STEP 6.3.now add sliced onions and garlic and cook for a min.

STEP 7.4.then add green chillies, turmeric powder,red chilli powder & coriander powder.

STEP 8.5.mix well and cook at medium flame.

STEP 9.6.add some water and cook for a min.

STEP 10.7.now add rabodi and salt as per taste.

STEP 11.8.now add water,cover and cook for 2-3 mins.

STEP 12.9.sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
