A very easy quick delicious dish prepared from rabodi.Rabodi or Rabori is a homemade traditional marwari sabji from the Rajasthani cuisine. Rabodi ki Sabzi is simply soaking this dried rabodi's in boiling water until tender and then cooked in buttermilk, topped with some spices.

- 150 gram Rabodi
- 2-3 tablespoon Oil
- 2 No.s Green chillies
- As required Some coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- As required Salt
- 8-10 No.s Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 No.s Onion

How to Make Rabodi Ki Sabzi Recipe
Cut green chillies and garlic cloves
Soak rabodi in water for 5 mins
1.add oil in a pan & heat it.
2.add cumin seeds and let it crackle
3.now add sliced onions and garlic and cook for a min.
4.then add green chillies, turmeric powder,red chilli powder & coriander powder.
5.mix well and cook at medium flame.
6.add some water and cook for a min.
7.now add rabodi and salt as per taste.
8.now add water,cover and cook for 2-3 mins.
9.sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
