Directions : Pulasa Pulusu Recipe

STEP 1.Grind onion and garlic

STEP 2.Cut the lady fingers, slit from between

STEP 3.Cut the green chilies from between

STEP 4.Heat the cooking vessel

STEP 5.Add oil to heat

STEP 6.Add the onion and garlic paste

STEP 7.Add the fish and mix well

STEP 8.Add turmeric powder,salt to taste and red chili powder

STEP 9.Add the coriander and cumin powder

STEP 10.Add the green chilies and lady finger

STEP 11.Add tamarind water and 2 cups of water

STEP 12.Mix well and add the mango pickle oil

STEP 13.Add curry leaves and cook for 10 mins

STEP 14.Add butter at last and serve
