  • 75 gram Rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • As required Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon dhania powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole garam masala
  • 1/2 sliced onions
  • 1/2 large sized tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • As required Oil
  • As required ghee to make the rice
  • 0.06 cup green peas
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 piece potatoes cut in small
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped spring onions
  • As required Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Birista of onions
  • As required ghee to make the rice
  • As required Hot ghee to pour on top
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
