  • 500 gram Bommidala
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • As required Chopped coriander
  • 1 cup Tamarind juice
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 4 Sliced green chilies
  • 2 tablespoon Red green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil

  • STEP 1.Cut and wash the fish

  • STEP 2.Marinate the fish with salt,red chili powder and turmeric powder,

step 3

  • STEP 3.Heat the pan

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add oil and green chilies

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add chopped onion and salt

step 6

  • STEP 6.Fry until light brown

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add ginger garlic paste and fry

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add the marinated fish

step 9

  • STEP 9.Add 1 cup of water

step 10

  • STEP 10.Add tamarind juice and cook for 2 mins

step 11

  • STEP 11.Add the coriander leaves and cover for 4 mins under low flame

step 12

  • STEP 12.Serve with rice
