A Bengali recipe of papaya and cashew nuts. The plastic chutney name comes from the transparent pulp of blended papaya. It is a sweet- tangy side dish.
STEP 3.Heat a pan and put sugar the water, to make sugar syrup
STEP 4.Add the papaya slices and boil
STEP 5.Add the cashew nuts and mix well
STEP 6.Add lime juice and cook for 1min
STEP 7.Serve as chutney
