A Bengali recipe of papaya and cashew nuts. The plastic chutney name comes from the transparent pulp of blended papaya. It is a sweet- tangy side dish.

Cut the papaya into thin slices
Heat a pan and put sugar the water, to make sugar syrup
Add the papaya slices and boil
Add the cashew nuts and mix well
Add lime juice and cook for 1min
Serve as chutney
