Directions : Peanut Puffs Recipe

STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients of pastry dough to make a smooth dough

STEP 2.Dry roast the sesame seeds until they are slightly golden brown

STEP 3.Grind the roasted peanuts coarsely and transfer the peanuts into a bowl,add sesame seeds,sugar and stir well.

STEP 4.With the help of rolling pin flatten the dough into a thin sheet

STEP 5.Use a 1-¾ inch cookie cutter and cut the dough in round shape

STEP 6.Now take a ½ tsp of peanut filling and place it on the centre

STEP 7.Fold in half,press and fold the edges to form into a puff shape

STEP 8.1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

STEP 9.2.deep fry the peanut puffs until golden brown.

STEP 10.3.serve hot and let it cool down and store in an airtight container.
