- 3.50 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 20 milliliter peanut/vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Nos large eggs
- As required Oil
- As required Peanut Filling
- 30 gram white sesame seeds
- 40 gram roasted peanuts

How to Make Peanut Puffs Recipe
STEP 01
Mix all the ingredients of pastry dough to make a smooth dough
STEP 02
Dry roast the sesame seeds until they are slightly golden brown
STEP 03
Grind the roasted peanuts coarsely and transfer the peanuts into a bowl,add sesame seeds,sugar and stir well.
STEP 04
With the help of rolling pin flatten the dough into a thin sheet
STEP 05
Use a 1-¾ inch cookie cutter and cut the dough in round shape
STEP 06
Now take a ½ tsp of peanut filling and place it on the centre
STEP 07
Fold in half,press and fold the edges to form into a puff shape
STEP 08
1.add oil in a pan & heat it.
STEP 09
2.deep fry the peanut puffs until golden brown.
STEP 10
3.serve hot and let it cool down and store in an airtight container.
