STEP 1.2 Measuring Cup Maida, 2 Table Spoon Oil, 1/2 Spoon Salt, Mix well then add 1/2 Measuring Cup Water. Knead dough for 5 Minutes. If want to add water as per requirement and knead the smooth and soft Dough. Add 1 Spoon Oil and Grease well. And cover the Dough rest for 20Minutes.
STEP 2.Take 2 Tea Spoon Oil in a Pan. Add 1/2 fin०lly Chopped Onion, Add 2 finally Chopped Green Chilis. Add 1 Spoon of Ginger Garlic Paste. All ingredients sauted well. Then add 1 Green Capsicum finally Chopped. Add 1 Grated Carrot, and sauted for 3 minutes. It's shrink Slightly. Then add 1/4 Spoon Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Spoon Amchur Powder, 1/4 Spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt.Saute for 1 Minute. It's turn Aeromatic. Then add 2 Cups of Greated Paneer. Now our Stuffing is ready.
STEP 3.3. After 20 Minutes make balls size dough. Dust Plain Flour Maida. Roll thin. Add 4 Table Spoon Stuffings.
Fold it 4sided. Press Gently. And put the Patatha on Pan, add 1 Tea Spoon Oil, flip over, put 1 Tea spoon Oil, and roast both the sides in Golden and crisp. Cut the Paratha and Serve The Golden and Paneer Stuffed Mughlai Paratha.
STEP 4.Now serve the Yummy Paneer Stuffed Mughlai Paratha. It's Very Tasty and Yummy.
