• 5 garlic cloves chopped
• 0.5 tablespoon Green chilli
• 2 teaspoon Ginger
• 0.75 cup onion very finely chopped
• 0.25 cup Spring onion greens
• 1.5 tablespoon Soya sauce
• 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 0.5 teaspoon pepper powder
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• As required Salt
• 2 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup of water
