0.5 cup Chopped celery leaves
0.25 cup Mixed pickling spices
1 tablespoon Salt
2 pound Uncooked shell on shrimp

1.5 cup Olive oil
0.75 cup White wine vinegar
3 tablespoon Capers
2.5 teaspoon Celery Seed
