Ingredients For Pacific Northwest Pickled Shrimp Recipe

0.5 cup Chopped celery leaves
0.25 cup Mixed pickling spices
1 tablespoon Salt
2 pound Uncooked shell on shrimp
Pickling mixture
2 Large onions, sliced
8 Bay leaves
1.5 cup Olive oil
0.75 cup White wine vinegar
3 tablespoon Capers
2.5 teaspoon Celery Seed
1.25 teaspoon Salt
0.25 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
