Ingredients For Oyster Ceviche Recipe

• 6 Large fresh oysters opened see how to open an oyster if needed
• 0.25 Red onion thinly sliced or diced
• 1 Tomato seeded and finely diced
• 0.5 Green bell pepper finely diced
• 0.5 tablespoon Finely chopped cilantro
• 5 Limes juiced
• 0.5 tablespoon Oil sunflower or light olive oil
• As required Salt to taste
• dash Optional:a dash of ketchup/mustard based on your preference
