  • STEP 1.1 add all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.

  • STEP 2.2 dip your fish in a bowl of icy cold water and then chop it into small pieces.

step 4

  • STEP 3.3 add lemon juice and salt to the fish and keep it aside for 2-4 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 4.4 combine the fish with the vegetable mix and add some salt.

step 6

  • STEP 5.5 mix everything well and your ceviche is ready to be served.
