Directions : Mulaku Chammanthi/Dry Red Chilli Chutney Recipe

STEP 1.Slice onions

STEP 2.Grate fresh coconut

STEP 3.Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Add sliced onions. Saute for a min and add tamarind.

STEP 4.Add curry leaves , salt and saute. Add dry red chili and turmeric powder .Mix and saute for a few minutes until it changes into golden brown.

STEP 5.Add grated coconut and mix. Let the fried mixture cool down a bit and then grind. Serve with rice /idli /dosa or curd .
