  • 1.13 Lic Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the red chillies. Remove the stems and roughly chop them.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, add the chopped chillies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until you get a coarse paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add the chutney paste and cook for a few minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Allow the chutney to cool completely before transferring it to a clean, dry jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
