• 1 Large handful of spinach
• 0.5 Cucumber
• 1 stalk Celery
• 1 Carrot
• 1 Green apple i prefer an organic granny smith
• 0.25 Avocado sliced
• 1 can Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger root you use powdered if necessary
• 1 cup Mixed berries frozen
