STEP 2.2 roast the pumpkin seeds on low flame in a pan for 3 minutes till they turn light brown.
STEP 3.3 let them cool and then grind in a blender to make a coarse paste.
STEP 4.4 heat some oil in a pan and add pumpkin seeds and garlic to it.

STEP 10.10 place the tortillas on the grill and cook them for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
STEP 11.11 top it with tomatoes, and avocado slices.
