• 2 tablespoon Rava Sooji/ semolina
• 3 tablespoon Yogurt
• As required Salt
• 3 teaspoon Sugar
• 1 tablespoon heaped Ginger Green chilli Paste
• 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
• 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon Eno fruit salt
• water to make the batter
• For Tempering
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon hing /Asafoetida
• 2 Green Chillies,Slit
• 2 sprig coriander Leaves/Cilantro, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon Grated coconut
• 0.25 cup th + 2 tablespoon of water for the tadka
• salt as per need
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
